How do I open the files that I download from your site?

The files you download from this site are in .ZIP format. The best tool I can advise to open these files would be 7-zip, which is a free tool available from www.7-zip.org, or Winzip (available from www.winzip.com) which allows for opening and extracting these files. Simply load up the file once its downloaded, and extract the files to a folder of your choice. Then enjoy them with the media player of your choice (Winamp for the win!). Windows XP does have built in support for the ZIP format, but I advise either 7-zip or Winzip as a superior tool.

I'm having problems downloading: None of your files or working, or I am getting "connection reset by server" errors.

I have now added support for Download Managers. I recommend using DownThemAll! (if you're using Firefox), or Flashget otherwise. You can set these download managers up to automatically detect download clicks. Otherwise, you can simply right click the "Download Managers direct link", select Copy URL (or Copy File Location, depending on which browser you are using), and then paste this into your download managers "Add URL" feature.

This will allow you to resume broken downloads, and hopefully eliminate the server problem some of you are experiencing.

How did this page come about?

From being a member (username Burkey) on the official Jimmy Eat World Message Board, live shows were constantly being put up for download but disappearing just as fast. This site was put up to have an index to keep track of shows available for download, and to help people get a larger collection of live shows from this awesome band!

In September 2006 I decided to move the site on to a new server with a larger file space and bandwidth, which would allow me to host all the files on my server. I pay for this server out of my own pocket, and being a poor student it doesn't help matters financially! Please help support the site by clicking on some of our ad banners now and again. Its much appreciated.
